"Backyard Brew Pub" is a new Las Vegas brewery & restaurant
owned & operated by Master Brewer - Russel Gardner.
The goal here is to offer a Total Fresh Brewing Experience in a fun & friendly,
relaxed environment featuring a wide variety of high quality, well-crafted beers.
Combined with a menu of traditional brewery favorites and a new custom cuisine
infused with brewers grain specialties will make it a "top of the list" destination.
In addition to the great beers & menu, the Backyard Brew Pub will host
a variety of fun events & entertainment for your enjoyment!

Why Will This Be Your Favorite Brewery?
The true uniqueness of the Backyard Brew Pub will come from its customers.
Available at all seats will be a guest survey - the front of the survey will
feature a common rating system for the quality of service, atmosphere,
food, and beer. On the back of the survey will be the simple question:
"What can we brew for you?"
For example, you love apricots and prefer light-body "Summer Beers"...
Request that Russell Gardner make an Apricot Blonde Ale!
Perhaps you've just moved here from the Northwest and can't
find any big body, strong, "Hoppy Beers"...
Then ask RG to make an IPA!
Maybe your favorite beer in the whole world is #61
on the Periodic Table of Beer Styles...
Just say ALT Bier Please!
Every few weeks, the brewer will go through the comment cards and choose a
beer to brew. The customers whose beer style is selected will be notified and
have the opportunity to participate in the brewing process and name the beer!
This unique style of brewing can only be done on a small brewing system
and requires an experienced brewer who is willing to experiment
and deliver only the BEST beers his customers desire...
All of the specialty beers will be brewed with the finest ingredients -
using no artificial flavorings. Fresh fruits, whole spices, coffee,
hops, oak chips and more will make their way into our beers.
